A couple of years ago, on one of my trainings, an attendee recounted how she had suffered from a Bird phobia since she was 2 years old (now 52 years old). Apparently, her mother had told her that, as she lay in her pram, a bird became tangled up in her hair and since that time, the thought of a bird terrified her. She didn’t know if this was true, as she couldn’t remember it. However, her mother had given her the information and, as far as she was concerned, she had always been terrified of birds. We used EFT (tapping) for about 5 minutes around the different aspects of this phobia and it completely disappeared. She recently emailed me to report that it has never returned. She is now free to play with birds, she even let’s them sit on her shoulders and loves taking her children to feed the birds.
This is what happens on my trainings. At the same time as learning how to apply the technique, attendees get the opportunity to release some of the anxieties, phobias, concerns, food cravings, physical issues and emotions attached to traumatic memories among other things.
I am passionate about introducing Emotional Freedom Techniques to as many people as I can. I have worked with hundreds of clients and seen them move within minutes or hours from physical and emotional states (which range from uncomfortable to life-threatening) to peace and calm – a sort of ‘I can handle this easily’ attitude or even ‘what sadness?’, ‘what anger?’ ‘what pain?’
One of the great things about EFT and my trainings is the privacy. If someone does not want to reveal their issue for whatever reason, they don’t have to – we work with it just the same and have the same results.
The Level 1 Training gives people all the information they need to make a huge difference to themselves, their families and friends. Many of my clients and workshop attendees use EFT with their children and find it enormously helpful in many different situations – from calming small people in the car (young children can easily do it for themselves) to eating habits and sleeping patterns! This obviously gives the mothers and fathers a break – excellent for family relations.
The Level 2 training is for those who have attended a Level 1, (whether with me or someone else or have a good working knowledge of EFT), and want to train as a practitioner or simply for their own self-development. Attendees learn many more EFT tricks and also have a lot of opportunity to work with troublesome aspects in their own lives. They get the opportunity to be really creative.
You might imagine these training days to be intense and hard work. On the contrary, there is a lot of laughing, a lot of ‘Oh my God’ going on, amazement, disbelief, followed by absolute Wow’s!
The venue, (usually in St Margaret’s, a village between Twickenham and Richmond-Upon-Thames in South West London) is relaxed, calm, inviting and comfortable. All trainings start at 10am and finish at 5pm
I deliberately keep the groups small – a maximum of 10 and the right people always attend. Great connections and friendships have been formed (two attendees of one training actually fell in love – although I can’t guarantee that!)
So, if you feel drawn to join in, do please check out the next training dates and book on – I look forward to meeting you.
