Coaching is a well-documented technique that gives you clarity about different aspects of your life. It helps you identify what needs to change and supports you in the actions you need to take.
Let’s imagine there is something you want to achieve, maybe you have had this idea for a long time and somehow, you never do anything about it. Maybe it is a new idea, and, like most successful people you look around for who can help you achieve it. One of this team would likely be a Coach. A Coach will work with you blasting through blocks, examining values (the reason you want to achieve this), challenging belief systems (ways of thinking which can support you and also limit you). The support of a Coach greatly increases the possibility and the speed of a successful outcome.
We are all a different mixture of characteristics and what works for one person, doesn’t work for another. My clients discover what is important (what they truly want to hold onto, what serves them in their lives) at the same time as developing the characteristics that will help propel them forwards. Simultaneously, the client begins to notice and let go of the negative characteristics that hold him or her back.
Penny’s intuition is highly developed and this enables her to ‘listen’ to what is around and within the client, then, with the client, she work’s to identify and replace the mind-set which created the blocks, with a mind-set that enables the individual to create the life he or she wants to live for his or her physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
Working as a Life Coach since 2001, it has been Penny’s privilege to have facilitated thousands of sessions with hundreds of clients. Her combination of skills makes Coaching even quicker and more effective in bringing about permanent change for the better.
Penny is based in St Margaret’s, near Twickenham and Richmond in South West London and she also work’s with clients across Britain and Worldwide via Skype or telephone.

- You are held accountable for taking any actions you agree to take. Having said that, should you not take the actions, there is no judgment, simply the understanding that something – some way of thinking – is holding you back. Penny then works with you to uncover the blocks and blast through them. Penny will often use EFT at this point as it is truly amazing at collapsing the mind-set that created the problem in the first place.
